1. Sell holiday & travel products to customers
2. Meet sales target as set by the travel agency manager
3. Deal with complicated customer itineraries
4. Handle customer orders & payments
5. Liaised with tour operators and other key partners, such as hotels & airlines regarding bookings & Schedules
6. Advice client about passport, vaccination,visa,foreign currency,travel insurance,carhire etc
7. Deal with complaints
